Hello, I'm Sky Ross!

As the founder and owner of Sky Ross Music Company, I’ve had the privilege of teaching music to people of all ages for over fifteen years. My approach to teaching is unique – I show my students how to read music and hear how the song should sound, and I do so by playing songs that they enjoy. While it’s important to learn and appreciate the classics, I find that my students learn best and practice more when we play songs that they are passionate about. At the end of our time together, my students will go into the world not only knowing how to read and play music, but they have a greater appreciation for music of all genres, from country to pop to rock n’ roll.
